For Personalized Gifts

From our homepage, mouse over to “Shop” section from the header menu. Then click on “Personalized Gifts” tab. Explore all the personalized gifts selections. If you want to know more about the product details click on the product’s photo, it will direct you to the product’s page.

Once you are confirm on the product types you want, read thru the printing area size from the product’s description. As different product types has different printing area sizes. After you complete your design, upload your file to our website by click on “Choose File”. Select on the file you want to upload, then click “Open”. The file will uploaded to our system. (If you do not know how to design, you can provide us the photos / graphics you wish to put into the product. We will help you to arrange & have your confirmation on the final layout. There will be extra charges of RM10 for the design fee.)

*Remarks: Only ONE(1) file is allow to upload. If you have multiple photos, please save your files into a compress (e.g. Winzip/Rar) file. Photo Resolution minimum 150dpi. Upload file size maximum 10 MB. Allowable file format: JPEG / TIFF / AI / PS / PDF / PNG. We will delete your photo once the order is complete.

Above is the sample of the design template for Mugs (11oz).

This is for those who need help from our designer. We will insert your photos with your personalized messages into the mug design. If you provide us your own design then you can just ignore on this steps.

Select the quantity of the items you need, then click on the “Add to cart” button. (Note: The price shown in the page is for one item only, the total amount will only display in the cart page.)

After you confirm all the products with details added to the cart, click on “Proceed to checkout” button to checkout.

You need to create your own account by creating your own username & password in our system. To ease you to check back your purchase information & shipping details. In the future, you can login to your account to repurchase too.

When we received your order, we will review & reply you either via email or phone within 24 hours. After the design layout is done, we will send you the final artwork to double confirm before proceed to print. 

Sit back & relax. In this step, our team will process your order, then arrange for your shipment. We will update with you the tracking number once we ship out.
